David Huw Williams KC and Ivan Pearce lead the team at Ellerman. After long careers practising at the Bar of England and Wales, David and Ivan established and grew a law firm (Fulcrum Chambers). Under their direction Fulcrum Chambers developed a significant practice in business crime winning a number of international awards.
Building on that experience, David and Ivan have now founded Ellerman, a legal practice and consultancy authorised and regulated by the SRA to meet the needs of clients.
David and Ivan’s long experience as trial advocates means they are problem-solvers. This sets Ellerman apart when working with clients, beginning with the prompt identification of the key issues, conducting efficient investigations and delivering results within a realistic timescale.
David and Ivan are comprehensively involved in each of the firm’s instructions, heading teams comprised of strong professionals with extensive experience. They pride themselves on personally guiding their clients through these complex regulatory mazes.
